I love these foot pads. They actually help me sleep better and make me feel more energized in the morning. They are easy to use and stickiness is easy to get off the next day with a wipe. I have purchased these multiple times.

These Foot Pads are exactly as described and I am already on my third order! I can't believe how well II go without foot pain at night when I have these pads on! They don't really help me sleep any better, but they have helped immensely with my neuropathy in my feet! My niece told me about them and I was skeptical about them at first, but I was so happy that I did! They are amazing for my chronic foot pain! My husband puts them on my feet every night and that is very easy application and they stay on every night. I don't need a sock or anything. I feel like I am getting a good value for my money when I order the sets of 48 or more. This is a wonderful product!

They work great. My only issue is they behind a sticky residue that’s not really easy to remove.

These work ok but the adhesive wouldn't stick so they kept getting stuck in my sheets and coming off.

I’ve been using these foot pads for a few nights now and they’ve become a nice little addition to my bedtime routine. They’re easy to apply and stay on comfortably overnight. Read the science. This looked too good to be true. I like everybody else got the black pads in the morning, which looked like it was doing. However, there is no scientific evidence that detox foot pads work. Studies have shown that these pads do not absorb or remove any significant amount of toxins. The discoloration that appears on the pads after use is likely due to sweat, dirt, or the ingredients in the pads themselves. There is no evidence that this discoloration indicates the removal of toxins. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has banned the marketing of detox foot pads with deceptive claims about their effectiveness. I am not picking on this particular brand as this is the brand I purchased. If they help people because of the placebo effect, they are giving that’s wonderful but there’s no proof they actually do anything from a biological standpoint.

I bought these to try and they work as advertised, in that in the morning they are pretty gunky and dark. I'm not quite sure what benefits they have given me as I was taking certain suppliments at the same time as usuing them but I definitely felt an overall improvement. I think if you are interested in an item like this you should give it a try and decide for yourself.

When you buy these feet detox type products, don't actually expect a bunch of stuff to come out of you. The ingredients used in each different patch is what makes it look that way in the morning. However, after using through the night...I ACTUALLY DID SEE a lot of sweat come off my feet with the patch and it didnt smell to great (which is amazing because it works to release toxins). They make me sleep so easy and deep! Better than even sleep teas. I'm hooked and so grateful for this product so far.

Nutze die Pflaster seit einigen Tagen und habe das Gefühl, dass der Körper weniger übersäuert ist und die Verdauung leicht angeregt. Ich nutze Rose und Lavendel Pflaster abwechselnd. Leichter angenehmer Geruch. Deshalb wollte ich gerne die Pflaster mit Lavendel und Rose. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch einige Wochenkuren machen
