Is the head of the bolt and the nut used with the lock washer metric or standard?

I would expect they are metric. The bolt and lock washer are all captive, so unless you work at it, you won't get them apart. One of the top reviews said this: I purchased the 13/16 set of six. Although some state the clamp isn't stainless, I think 304 stainless steel is still somewhat magnetic. I have some strong magnets and the clamps did stick, but not to the degree of strength that steel, like from an iron door frame, would. That aside, the clamps I received have threaded holes on all three surfaces. The hole with the bolt (and the bolt) are metric, 8 mm 1.5 pitch. The other two holes are 6 mm 1 pitch.

What size is the thread hole on these?

size of 1 3/16 in c clamp thread hole is 5/16 in（8mm）, all three holes are the same size.

Will it take a 3/8 threaded rode for hanging

Our 1 7/8 In clamp come with a threaded rod but cannot be used for removing/ hanging. You can also find a another threaded hook for hanging. All the hole size of our 1 7/8 In clamp, is 3/8in (10mm)
