These are easy to swallow with them being a gel cap and not gigantic like most vitamins. Haven't had any issues with my low iron levels since taking them.

Intended for post-bariatric surgery patients like myself. Large, but easy to swallow capsules. Only complaint is that the gelatin or cellulose or whatever they use for the casing has kind of an oily residue on it. Not a big deal, though. I have been taking these for a couple of years now & my vitamin levels have been stable.

Works so well. I have noticed I’m not as tired. I have not noticed a scent nor a bad taste. Easily dissolved with hot drinks. No stomach discomfort after taking it.

I didn’t like these at all. I just couldn’t get them down without feeling sick to my stomach. So I ordered others and thought so I just don’t throw them away, I’d take every other week. I went to fill my weekly container and opened these vitamins and the had an Oder 🤮. So I threw them away there was only a week of pills used. But they stunk so bad (rancid) I wasn’t gonna take them. So 30 down the drain, for me. I don’t know what happened
