I used these to make some "hidden" air chucks on my front and rear bumper using a 7 pin connector housing and a bulkhead fitting, works like an absolute charm. Perfect for this project

Just be sure to wrap the threads with some plumbers tape and this thing is good to go. No leaks, easy disconnect. One note unrelated to the quality of the product - make sure you measure the clearance between your compressor and your enclosure. I installed mine under the hood of my truck and this coupling just barely fit. I didn't even think about it at the time and I got lucky.
