Finally, I am writing this review after using the power bank for over two months, charging my devices at least 80–100 times during this period. My first observation is that I’m not sure why there are negative or misleading reviews on this page, because my experience with this power bank has been excellent and completely up to the mark. Here’s what I’ve observed: 1. When charged using a 65W laptop charger, the power bank charges noticeably faster compared to using 35–45W chargers. 2. I charge my MacBook Air M4 with this power bank, and even after a full laptop charge, there is still enough battery left to charge my phone up to around 30%. 3. It charges both my laptop and phone quickly enough that I never have to wait for long. 4. The power bank has two Type-C ports and one Type-A port. Although the ports are limited, they are more than sufficient for the devices I use. I’ve seen many complaints in the reviews about slow laptop charging and similar issues, but I personally have not faced any of those problems. Overall: 10/10 from my side based on my usage and the devices I own.

I purchased this Anker power bank on 27th September and it has already stopped working, not even lasting 6 months. For something that costs around ₹6000, this is extremely disappointing. We spend more on brands like Anker expecting reliability and long-lasting quality, but this product failed way too soon. To make things worse, there are several other options available at almost half the price that perform just as well, if not better. Honestly, this was a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – please consider other brands before spending so much on this one.

This product is not working after 7 months, bad quality. I reached out to the customer service and they have replaced the product. Excellent service 👏

Extremely good quality product

Very useful for a long travel when you don't have access to regular power. I survived dive days with this. My nord2 phones with 5000+mh battery got recharged 5 times. Only issue was its weight.. it's bulky and you have to think twice in a mountainous trek where every additional gram matters.

Power house

I have used this power bank less frequently. Only once during traveling and couple of more times in the last 6 months of purchase. I did charge it every month as per recommendation for storage. But it stopped working just after 6 months of purchase. None of the troubleshooting method worked (reset, power cycle etc). I have reached out to anker India support and they are honoring 18 months warranty by sending a refurbished product of same model. Hope this one will last longer. These power banks are not repairable (sealed permanently) and no option for replacing dead batteries without breaking the power bank. I doubt they will last more than the stated warranty period. This will just increase e waste. After this review Anker support has offered conditional full refund on collection of the replacement and original faulty device. Not sure they are going to collect the disassembled faulty devices and actually ever going to refund. This full refund option was never offered before. Overall not a great experience.

De Powerbank is van goede kwaliteit en laad snel op. Het opladen van je telefoon gaat ook snel. Ik heb gekozen voor dit merk omdat in het gezin deze ook al lange tijd in gebruikt is en ze zijn erg tevreden hierover.

Molto veloce nella ricarica dei dispositivi collegati, utilizzato con smartphone e tablet si ricaricano sempre in modalità ultrarapida. Molto rapido anche nel ricaricarsi nonostante i 240000 mah, con caricatori da 20W circa 8 ore. Non sono riuscito a capire quante volte sia possibile ricaricare il mio smartphone, ma ritengo si dovrebbe attestare sulle 4 ricariche da 5000 mah. Esteticamente e qualitativamente molto accattivante come tutti i powerbank Anker, è il quarto che acquisto. Molto interessante la possibilità di ricaricare 3 dispositivi contemporaneamente, grazie alla USBC1 in/out. La qualità c'è e si vede,nota negativa il peso che sfiora i 500g ma non potrebbe essere altrimenti vista la notevole capacità.

Trotz des Gewichts bietet die ANKER 537 ein hervorragendes Gesamtpaket und ist für Technikfans und Vielnutzer ein Muss!

Ordered power bank with 24,000 mAh battery capacity. Received power bank with 4,800 mAh battery capacity. Soo... 75% less capacity then advertised, sure hope I get 75% refund. Feeling pretty annoyed and ripped off by Anker.
