Q: I have a roasting date of May, thats 4 months old, will the beans be old and not fresh?

They will be as fresh as the day they were roasted and bagged but once open you need to keep air tight I put my beans into gator coffee jars that have filters in the lid that let's co2 out without letting air in there great amazon have them hope this helps.
