These capsules are a bit large but easy enough to swallow. No strong fishy aftertaste, especially if taken with food. The dosage is high quality, and I’ve noticed less joint stiffness after a few weeks. Bottle is big so it lasts a while.

2 tablets a day fish oil. It has omega 3 added for extra health benefit. The tablets taste bad and are massive however are good value and are helpful for vitamin A. Be aware how much you take as they have a decent amount in.

Have this on repeat for 18 months now. Very happy to keep on it now. Easy to swallow capsules. No aftertaste. Joints are easing up.

I think this is a good quality fish oil and a good value, UK-based company. However, in my case I'm unfortunately allergic to the fish oil which I understand is derived from anchovies, and developed a hive rash on my chest. I believe when I previously purchased it 2 years ago it was derived from salmon oil, as I tolerated that okay. Hope this helps.
