Battery issue with Yoga 9 13 gen
I bought this laptop for my daughter who is a college student. Unfortunately, within six months of usage the battery charge would suddenly drop to zero and laptop with then work only when it is plugged in. After a few hours the laptop would operate normally. Some IT specialist solved the problem (temporarily) by uninstalling a file "Microsoft ACPI- Compliant Control Method Battery". After a few weeks the problem will re-surface. This issue is also mentioned by users on the Internet as well. Otherwise, if this problem is not there, then the laptop works fine. It is probably some software issue which persists.
