I cannot even explain how much I love this retinol! I am on my third bottle, and even have my boyfriend and friends starting it. It has more healing ingredients added into it, which really reduces any purging/irritation from starting/changing retinols. It helps reduce my redness and evens out my skin tone. It has the feel of a moisturizer, and I especially love this packaging as one pump is the perfect amount for both your face and neck!

I’m really into Korean skin care. I used this product for a month now haven’t seen any change but it makes your skin hydrated and it is lightweight so it’s worth the money but don’t work on me.

I've been using Hero Retinol for over a year. I'm 42 now and still have very few wrinkles (YAY, a good skin care routine). Hero Retinol is perfect for those just getting into retinol. At first, I was worried my skin would have a reaction but there was none. Very gentle on the skin while providing the retinol benefits for newbies. I've since started using slightly higher dose of retinol from another brand but feel that Hero gave much better results even at .75%. My skin texture improved and my skin was bouncier with Hero. Only wish they would produce a higher percentage retinol. Amazing for the price and quality! Don't sleep on this gem of a product!

I have been using this for almost a year now and it's the only retinol cream I have used that works and doesn't leave my pores more clogged over time, I have sensitive oily prone skin and this routine has been working for me leaving my face softer and smoother in the morning

Product separates in tube and is hard to mix back together. Side note - it’s Also not good for under makeup & and pills (I use a stick concealer for reference )

I’ve definitely noticed my pores feel tighter, my skin is less irritated, skin tone is more even and I no longer experience my usual breakouts. I recommend using it only at night, and don’t forget to apply your favourite sunscreen in the morning! I personally use one from the same brand, and it works perfectly together. Do NOT use AHA/BHA acids with retinol, and sometimes give your skin a break switching to a different overnight cream.By the way, I’m already on my third bottle—highly recommend!

My skin doesn't handle retinol well, but I decided to give this a try based on the reviews. I am sincerely amazed.I have been using it nightly for a full week, and I have had no negative side events. The formula is hydrating, yet effective. I have noticed no peeling or dry patches. No stinging or burning. No breakouts. I had some stubborn skin blemishes that I have been unable to kick for months with salicylic acid, and it all cleared up in a matter of 3 nights.I still use the same face wash, serum, and daytime sunscreen as usual. This is the only thing I have changed, and it has been notably beneficial in just a short span of time. I'm excited to see what long term use will accomplish.
