Altay Jew's Harp for Beginners: P.Potkin's Komus +"Dark Leaf" wooden case

This is a great starter jaw harp! I was able to get the basic gist of how to use it within minutes and it sounds as I expected. The little wooden sheath is cute and seems like it will hold up.

Great harp. Very big sound for its size. No complaints! I love it! If you were thinking a Snoopy Harp then skip it and spend the little extra money for a quality product. Night and Day from this and a Snoopy Harp.

The sound is good, if a bit quiet. Part of that might be due to the fact that it's smaller than I expected. It's hard to hold because the end is practically still up against your mouth when seated properly. Seems fairly durable, though.

Sturdy construction! I was twanging away in no time and it feels like, even though it's a very thin and flexible bit of metal, it's pliable and always springs back. The wood container is very simple and made of natural materials, which I appreciate. Fairly ingenious design even.

well it isn't very loud - you can barely hear the sound. ive tried all diofferent ways to get it louder but no luck

I really love this jaw harp! It came the same day I ordered it and I play it every day. It's beautiful, well made, and I love the case it comes with. Because it responds so well to every little change I make, I have endless flexibility to bend and alter the sound for a wonderful range of applications.

Ich habe dieses Instrument sehr schnell erhalten. Allein der Anblick ist sehr anspruchsvoll ästhetisch. Macht gleich Laune loszuspielen. Obwohl ich noch nie auf einer Maultrommel gespielt habe, konnte ich mich relativ schnell einfinden. Tolle Sache. Klingt sehr schön und ich empfinde richtig Freude dabei. Scheint etwas dran zu sein, was man über den Gebrauch von so einem Instrument liest. Gute Laune durch Harmonie und Resonanz. Ein lieber Brief der Hersteller war dabei, so voller Herzlichkeit es dem Kunden recht zu machen. Ich dachte zuerst , naja schon teurer als die meisten. Aber der Preis ist definitiv gerechtfertigt. Diese Holzschachtel ist richtig hochwertig. Genau wie das Instrument. Also alles richtig gemacht! Vielen Dank dafür! Ich bin sehr happy!

The wooden case fits the instrument snugly and can be hung up like an accessory, so I recommend choosing one that comes with a case.
