Excellent quality

I bought the Belanto Car Heavy Duty Auto Jump Starter Cable and used it a few times. The first 2–3 uses were okay and it worked for normal jump starts. But the last time I used it, my car’s battery had completely died, and I tried to jump start it using another car. After about 2–3 minutes of trying, the cable became extremely hot and burned. I accidentally touched it and burnt my fingers a little — it was that hot. The cable is not tough enough to handle higher power or longer attempts. If you only need it for a quick, successful jump start in one go, it might be useful. But if the battery won’t start quickly or needs a stronger push, this cable doesn’t handle the power and gets dangerously hot. Overall, poor quality for something that should be reliable in an emergency.

The clips could be of better quality

I’m writing this review 1.5 years after purchasing these jumper cables, and I can confidently say they’ve saved me thousands of rupees and a ton of stress. Here’s what happened: My wife and I were out driving, about 10–15 kilometers from home. We stopped at a dhaba for tea and decided to enjoy it in the car. It was already dark, so I turned on the ignition to play some music without starting the engine, forgetting that the daylight running lights were also on. After 30 minutes, the car wouldn’t start. Panic and anxiety kicked in. I first tried jump-starting with a Renault Micra (mine is Skoda superb) – no luck. Then, I called my brother, who has a Honda City. Again, it didn’t work initially. However, we kept the jumper cables plugged in for about 10 more minutes, gave it another shot, and… BOOM! The car finally started! These cables saved us from being stranded in the middle of nowhere at night. I plan to get my battery checked tomorrow, but this experience taught me the importance of always having reliable jumper cables in the car. Highly recommended – these cables are durable, effective, and an absolute lifesaver! Don’t leave home without them.

There is a huge voltage drop. Jumper not working. Literally A 2.5 sq mm wire enclosed in a plastic tube. Money waste. I purchased 1000A, totally waste of money.
