Whether you're vlogging, podcasting, or live streaming, the DJI Mic has you covered. I typically only have ever used it on my camera for different shot angles to get high quality audio from wider compositions. Durability: The build quality of the DJI Mic is solid. It feels sturdy and well-constructed, capable of withstanding the rigors of daily use. The compact design and lightweight construction make it easy to carry around, perfect for on-the-go content creation. It is, at times, hard to get off the mount of my camera and I've worried I'll break it with how hard I have to take it off the hotshoe. Ease of Use: Setting up the DJI Mic is a breeze. The intuitive design makes this simple to use. The small touch screen can make it a tad difficult to navigate but its nice to be able to easily swap settings and see where you're at within the microphone settings. Sound Quality: The sound quality of the DJI Mic is exceptional. It captures clear, crisp audio with minimal background noise. The microphone effectively reduces wind noise, ensuring professional-quality sound even in outdoor environments. Comparing this to having previously had the Rode NTG shotgun mic and the Sony ECM-B1M, I really love the audio quality of this mic. Sound is crystal for everyday use and as someone who records in the gym and does live streaming, it’s very essential and professional looking. I use this for my iPhone and it very compatible! Great sound over my normal recording! Less background noise and the microphone is build great! It lasts multiple uses without a charge, and very easy to set up. Fits in my pocket for easy portability.

Got these lavaliere mics to start recording training video content for work. These work good and the only regret is not getting the 2 pac. I had an old version of the DJI mic that the pocket 1 camera came with and they do not sync to this receiver but not a big deal.

Bought this mic to use with the action 4, pocket 2 and my MacBook. So far every device I've connected the mic system to has been flawless. Range is decent. Sound quality is decent. I wish it would connect wireless to the devices especially other DJI devices. That would make this product perfect in my opinion.

I have used this wireless mic (on separate occasion) with either my Huawei P30 Pro (Android), and iPhone 14 Pro Max (Apple). Both swappable usb-c / lightning connector makes the connection easy as plug-and-play. You do need to make sure that the gain is not peaking to the red in order to not have your audio clipping. The on-board memory to record internally has saved me from having running out of camera battery (battery was faulty) during b-roll of a wedding speech. I had to turn off my camera and changed the battery, but the mic kept recording the vow so that the audio footage is complete and usable in combination with the main camera. One downside of this mic is that it picks up radio interference. Don’t know how that happened, but it recorded a small but noticeable radio buzz and conversation. Other than that, the mic has not let me down at all. If you’re looking to have an audio input from a mixer to your phone for Zoom Calls or conference, this device can bridge that connection too.

The audio recorded was very clear and easy to use. However, the windscreen provided was defective as it cannot be attached to the mic. I have no idea how to ask for a windscreen replacement since this was an overseas purchase.
