Now, first off - I haven't really used this device as much as I'd like to, but from the few times I HAVE used it I can safely say hand on heart that it is a fantastic little thing! It's got great battery life, it's really simple to use and the audio quality is surprisingly good considering the price! I don't have a computer so I can't say anything in regards to the audio editing software (like to eliminate background noise etc.), but I can plug it in to my smart phone with an OTG cable and review my recordings from there. It's a doddle! I think maybe even better than the product itself is the customer service that's provided, I've received a few emails saying how if there's anything I need help with to just email the company, or if I'm not entirely satisfied with it that they'll try their best to help me! If it was at all possible I'd give extra stars just for that alone. All in all, if you're looking for a cheap, easy to use voice recorder I would definitely recommend this!

This is a really simple device which records pretty good quality audio. I was able to use it at a conference where I pretty much forgot to switch it off and it continued recording for at least 10 hours (I believe it is advertised to record for 8). There are other devices at around the same price which also support playback. That wasn't important to me. Being able to upload to a computer to playback from there is fine, but for some it may make a difference which is the only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars.

Arrived next day delivery (Saturday) as required urgently. Was supposed to come with a PDF manual for installation onto Mac laptop (until it's on your computer you can't listen to the recording), but Amazon failed to send that. In the end didn't matter due to one of the two best customer service responses I've ever received! Todd and one of his colleagues in customer support at Jigmo tried to assist through 3 emails straightaway, and when I couldn't get it going from the advice in those, phoned & talked me through the process successfully then and there - and I'm talking about 9pm on a Saturday evening!! Really patient and helpful (I'm a pensioner, not a whizzkid!). Many thanks indeed guys! The device itself is extremely small and light, could easily be concealed in a pocket, and the audio quality is perfectly clear.

First let me mention my main requirement - a portable audio recorder that automatically captures sound when present, and stops when sound stops. Then repeats appending each recording. This device is the best for me, I am using it to capture sleep patterns. The device is small with internal battery and USB drive functions. Sound is good for such a small device, picking up from low sources and distances. I have not checked maximum distance but works well for me within a few metres. For anyone interested in this device I suggest you try and obtain their ebook which has specification and other info. There are 2 other key points - the price is excellent, and so is the customer service. They give the impression they want to give top service, and they do. Other companies please note.

I purchased this product for recording meetings, to alleviate the amount of note taking. Poor quality and there was a scraping background noise. couldn't here what words were spoken. Think Ill just have to say on this one, poor choice on my behalf. Ill purchase a Dictaphone....

I had this rated at 1 star before, Arcos Global Ltd went out of their way to try and solve the problem with this device and we tried a number of solutions but none worked, which was a shame. The company were quick to respond to emails and customer service was first class, well done for trying guys the effort was appreciated . I will order an other and have put this down to just bad luck. I must say the sound quality is very good and the microphone is very sensitive Good product pity about defect BUT WILL BUY ANOTHER.

The Item is packed nicely and it has a nice design, it worked perfeclty for me, it would be even greater if we could listen to the registrations from the item, however we always need to connect it to a PC with the USB to be able to listen to them. But the quality/price ratio is great and it is small and practical to carry.

I have two of these JIGMOS. Bought a second after trying the first one. The JIGMO is easy to use and the quality of sound recordings on playback is excellent. The second point to bear in mind is the customer support & service you will receive from the company if you have a problem with your JIGMO. Most companies send an auto response message to your e-mails & say they will aim to reply in 2 working days. I had a problem and the company responded to all of my e-mails on the same day & often within 1 hour. They tried to fix the fault with me using various computer software downloads but to no avail. Then even though my JIGMO was out of guarantee they sent me a replacement free of charge! So - a quality voice recorder and outstanding customer service.

Utilizo mucho las grabadoras de voz y quedé impresionado con la adición de un indicador de batería, muy útil! Excelente servicio al cliente también. Me enviaron el manual completo por correo electrónico un día después de ordenar la grabadora y un correo electrónico de seguimiento para asegurarse de que todo estaba bien y funcionando. ¡Excepcional! Bon évidemment, je ne l'ai pas utilisé pendant 3 mois vu que je l'ai reçu aujourd'hui. Donc, mon appréciation ne sera pas forcément très objective... Toutefois, après quelques minutes d'utilisation, je peux dire ceci : - L'appareil est livré dans un joli petit "coffret cadeau" en métal avec une fenêtre transparente qui laisse voir l'objet calé dans un bloc de mousse. On y trouve également deux dragonnes, la notice, et la garantie. - L'appareil est joli et ne fait pas plus cheap qu'une clé USB classique. - La notice est "aussi" en français, ce qui ne gâche rien. - Il y a juste deux boutons : un ON/OFF et un autre pour faire afficher à l'aide de petites LED le niveau de charge et l'espace disque utilisé. - L'appareil posé sur une table capte parfaitement tout ce qui se passe dans la pièce. - L'enregistrement est TRÈS CLAIR. - Seule précaution : vu que c'est, naturellement, du numérique, l'appareil capte TOUT. Donc, il ne faut pas le garder à la main ou le manipuler, sous peine d'enregistrer aussi un bruit de fond dérangeant. Mais à partir du moment où il est posé et qu'on l'oublie, l'enregistrement est vraiment très bon. C'en est même bluffant ! - L'effacement ou le transfert des fichiers via le PC est un vrai jeu d'enfant. - La lecture se fait simplement a partir du PC, avec n'importe quel lecteur multimédia. Moi, par exemple j'utilise BS player. Je ne manquerai pas d'effectuer un suivi de cette appréciation si, dans quelques semaines, je relève un quelconque souci. Mais pour l'instant, je le recommande vivement.
