Well the macros are great! Its not that sweet at all and yes ofc you can't compare it to a normal chocolate bar :P The taste is not that great... But overall it gets the job done, 200 cal easily a good replacement for a small snack. Worth it!

I loved the taste. Not too sweet, so just right. And obviously the ingredients are what a weight watcher needs with the extra protein.

I have used these bars for years and tried this supplier. While the product itself is not the issue the box turned up so hot the bars have all melted and mixec up their packets... shame really

Probably the best protein bar I’ve ever had, not even sure why other brands even bother after trying this. Doesn’t taste like a protein bar if that’s a turn off for you. My partner has difficulty with flavours and textures and they can eat this no problem.

I’ve tried over 50 different protein bars—seriously, you name it, I’ve probably had it (and I’m still trying new ones all the time). But Grenade bars are by far the best I’ve come across. They taste more like a candy bar than a protein bar, which is rare in this category. My favorite flavor is the Cookie Dough—it packs 20g of protein and only 1.9g of sugar, which is pretty incredible considering how good it tastes. The texture is smooth and satisfying, not chalky or dry like a lot of others out there. These have definitely become a staple in my routine. The only downside—and the reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5—is the shipping. It’s consistently delayed, which gets frustrating when you’re trying to restock. Hopefully they get that sorted out, because the product itself is top-notch.
