This works perfect to warm my bottled honey (I am a beekeeper) to 80-90 degrees to de-crystalize my pints of honey. Raw honey is honey that is unheated and minimally processed. It is pure honey where nothing has been added or removed. To be raw, honey should not be heated above temperatures one would normal find in a hive (approximately 95 degrees F).

After receiving this item and finding it was totally defective (started to smoke and the bottom plate started to bulg at even lower temepratures - around 145 degreees) i conhtacted the seller and they requested pictures of the item to prove it was defective. Are you kidding???? I returned it to them (without pics.) and had to pay for the shipping cost which was close to 200.00 almost the same price as the cost of the unit. Customer service with this sellerwas worse than poor - similar experience as the other 1 star reviewers. After a month i am still trying to resolve this issue with Amazon since they are the ones allowing companies like these sell on their website. Unbelevable ! Hoping Amazon will honor a full refund, including my shipping cost. Waiting for a resolution.

Great value

Have to let it warm up for about an hour until it regulates. Will heat up to 140 (while set at 140) will level out at 120 for a looong time and then it will go to the desired temperature. Bottom level is unusable due to it being right next to the heating element. Turned it on this morning and the light bulb is burned out. Ordered it about 7 months ago.

Very durable and well built quality. Adjustable temperature and easy to use. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took 2-3 hours with multiple people to take the protective lining off of all the metal. This is to protect the metal from being scratched. It was really hard to get it all off before we could use it.

The warmer seems to work fine! Purchased it a couple weeks ago and when it was first turned on, it smelled like wires burning and started smoking. Originally thought it was broken but it just needed to burn a few minutes and then it was great! It has worked great ever since.
