I went by the size chart & ordered medium. They arrived today & took out of packet, they were massive. Have started returns process for a full refund. Will order small, though for some reason they cost more. They look like they do the job, but could have got two of my husband in the mediums. Will update review once received received small ones.

Would not recommend as these leaked through elastic on leg

They are hard and noisy, only wear at night in case stoma leaks but to wear all day I would think annoying. They were also expensive for hard plastic, I expected vinyl, cannot say anything leakage as not for incontinence or durability as gave up using them. Have just purchased another item and hope these are better.
