Bought two of these now - both plain coloured (teal and charcoal) so not so obviously for the dog. She loves them... and as theyre not slip, washable and lovely and fluffy I dont think Im ever buying a 'normal' rug again.

My large pointer dog was having difficulty stepping into his regular dog bed due to stiffness in his hind legs. He therefore needed a soft comfortable bed that he could just walk straight onto. I tried different types of mattresses and cushions but the springiness of the cushions made him feel unstable and he would not use them. I then had the idea of dog cage mats and came across this vetbed. It is lovely and thick and snuggly. He is now happily snoring away on this coupled with a large fleece blanket. The vetbed is well made and the non-slip backing works very well.

Nice colour, comfy and easy to wash in the machine. Some slight shedding, nothing major, mostly due to my pup playing with it. Good anti slip for hard floors. Good to use as a playmat or dog bed.

I have a King Charles who is a bed destroyer!! This is the only bedding that stands time as she cannot destroy it (apart from a tiny hole which takes an age to create if she can be bothered!!) I have it placed on a raised platform bed and the dogs love it. I get the bedding with the non-slip backing which is best for my purpose. It does not slip on the flooring or on the raised bed. Have purchased a couple of these to place in other areas. Price Competitive with pet shops. Don’t hesitate to buy.

This bedding mat is great, it’s so soft, my GSD loves it, I have it upstairs next to the bed, I intend to buy another, the comfort of a bed but not as intusive as a dog bed is, my dog won’t lie in a bed but he loves this and it washes easily can’t do that with a dog bed. Piera Murray

So warm and snuggly. Bought to go on a raised dog bed for our 12 week old pup. She may not realise the quality but having felt others on the high street and seen the price, this premium vet bed is thicker, softer and costs less for a larger size. Would not hesitate to recommend or buy more.

The quality of this vet bed is outstanding. I bought this to go in my guinea pigs cage, they both love it. Deep pile that they snuggle up in. When it gets wet, it absorbs into the puppy pads I put underneath, leaving the surface dry. It gets covered in hay, so I sweep it 2 or 3 times a day with a rubber brush which easily lifts everything up. Before using this their cage had fleece liners which were changed every day, I can leave this for four or five days before it's washed. I wash it at 30 degrees & tumble dry on low heat. It comes out like new. I was so impressed I ordered another. I cant recommend this highly enough.
