Lovely board The print is clear, the material is good, I can fit it on the bag with my go stones, it's very practical. I don't know about other reviews saying the color is horrible, it's brown, a very normal brown...

I love it. It is for standard size and I love the color and texture. It does not remain in a rolled up state after unrolling or anything like that. Its great. The only nitpick is that the 13 × 13 side is of a different color, reminiscent of play dough. Not terrible but not ideal for my taste. The 19 × 19 side is a gorgeous brown color, perfect for contrast.

This matches specifications and fits most stones nicely, but the material is low quality. I’ve used it for about a dozen games and I can feel some of the gloss starting to wear off. I’ll probably need to replace it within six months to a year with 2-3x weekly use.

The item itself is great in most respects. Looks good, feels good, rolls nicely.... but the smell of the item is like rotten fish. Very pungent and disgusting. Smell made me recoil. Can't play on it because it is so vile. Absolutely god awful smell like something died!!

I wanted to teach my kids Go and this was the perfect way to start without a huge investment.

What is not to like?

The folds won't completely flatten out (maybe they will in due time, but it will be a while), so in some places it's hard to place the stones. It will work in a pinch, but it's not ideal.

it is my own fault that i overread the 'faux' leather.. even when it says further on in the discription that the material is leather. if you make it plastic then why of all the colors such an unpleasant one? the actual game is printed onto the 'left side' of the material and i find the microfibers catching on my skin. anyway 2 stars because i really like the idea to role the board away... make it real leather!
