As good as more expensive ginkgo, good value. My spouse and l are taking it, so this is the best option for value, and it works, or it would be no bargain. We use one pill but on special occasions, l use two. People who use Ginko bilibo know why they use it and how it helps them, so really my review is for them to help them make their decision.

Seem to work. These gave me horrible headaches to start with. I found that taking half a pill for a few days, and then increasing it to 1 pill worked. Took about 4 to 5 days to get past the headaches stage. They do appear to aid circulation, I notice a clear difference in the ease of gaining blood from a finger pick glucose test when taking this vs when not taking this. Obviously just an indicator that it is doing something

I have purchased these in the past and rated them highly, as a cost effective way to feel a bit sharper mentally. For some reason with this latest order I've experienced both headaches and mild dizziness quite regularly. On the couple days I didn't take them I was fine, so I am rather perplexed and I don't know if something has changed or if they are just not right for me anymore.

I trust this manufacturer, That said, it's difficult to tell how well any vitamins etc. work, as you don't know how well you would have been if you had not taken them. Also, what works for one person may not work for someone else.

I found this such better value than the ones I previously bought on the High Street and it has the benefits of the B Vitamins & Iodine. It's vegan as well, not that I am, but it will offer reassurance to others looking for an appropriate supplement.
