Perfect topical solution for muscle pain

I purchased this because my mother used to get leg cramps and she used it and it would work immediately so she could go back to sleep. It has been a godsend for my husband's back. It does smell at first but the scent seems to die down after a bit. It is not the real harsh Mentholatum that feels like it's burning your skin but seems gentle but works wonders.

So I'm not quite sure why ingredients are a big secret for this product. Why is seller only listing 5 of the 16 ingredients on Amazon page. So this is the second container I have purchased of this stuff. The last container I got probably about four or five years ago. Looks like they have changed the ingredients and added a couple new ones. They have also shortened some of the names of the ingredients, which is easier to read and comprehend. So annoying when they think they need to change ingredients.
