Boiling required
I wish this was in plain powder form. There might be fillers but it seems to work if you break 6 caps into 1 cup of water, boil for 15 min, cool then drink half twice a day. I will look for the plain powder form in the future

Two pills on an empty stomach
Recommended to take this product as part of a parasite cleansing regime. Very strong indeed; however, it didn't irritate my tummy. Highly recommended.

two months' worth from an established company
I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This bottle comes about 2/3 full. If used as directed it will last two months. The expiration date on mine is Oct 2028. The small capsules have almost no scent or and an almost imperceptible earthy taste - but it may be from the residue inside the bottle and not the capsules themselves. I detect no broken capsules in the bottle. The capsules are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, GMP-compliant, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. I have used Nutricost before, but recently found out disappointing information about some of my other regular suppliers, so no one is exempt =) This supplement has their address on the bottle, which is not just a generic address, but a building with their name on it. They also have a working phone number on the bottle. Their nutricost site is functional as well as informative. I don't see an About Us page to learn more about the company, but their social media is active. In the lab reviews I found, Nutricost was not always the cleanest supplement but was well below what is allowed. And they often had higher levels of supplement than was listed, though on at least one occasion it was almost non-existent in the test. One thing I was quite impressed by is that when something was found lacking, they addressed it rather than just glossing over it. Impressive. They are also often one of the most affordable supplements available. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but am intrigued by this supplement I had not heard of before. I'd prefer they didn't use magnesium stearate, which many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know about refuse to. Nice price for two months' worth, and I'm glad to get it from a company I trust. Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
