I do not know about other sellers but JDC Distributors honors all Kobalt warranties as long as you purchased the item from us. If you are having issues with an item we sold you please reach out and we will make sure your issue is resolved.

Q: Where can I get compatible blades?

Any hardware store such as Lowes, Home Depot, Ace hardwire, and can be ordered on Amazon. It takes the bayonet type. Which is used on most of the modern jig saws today.
