Very good and versatile product
This kettle really is a multi purpose, easy to use and a must have if you are steamed food lover. I could even use for baby food while traveling. Service is very prompt, when after a year I faced issue, they immediately responded and sent a replacement very quickly. Overall a wonderful experience with Agaro team.

Good kettle with limited purposes
The kettle is good. But it is useful for only boiling and heating purpose and cannot be used for any other type of dishes with oil. The auto cutoff will be activated of there is no water. Overall it's good for kettle purpose. And the customer service is also good. My kettle got trouble and the item got replaced with quick support.

the product is good but received a unit that burnt off from the bottom. customer service is AMAZING and helped me get the replacement product without much hassle. cudos to the after sales team.

The overall quality of the product is good for steaming food or preparing soupy dishes. However, it does not have an auto-cut feature. I had to exchange it because it turned faulty, but the product was replaced with a new one. Agaro’s service is excellent.

Very good product
Very good product and excellent customer support. I purchased the Agro Elegant Electric Kettle about three months ago. There was an issue with the auto cut function, but the company responded quickly and replaced the product within 4–5 days. The new kettle is working perfectly. Really impressed with the service and support. Highly recommended.

Expected a better quality for the price
I ordered this and the first one came and the moment I boiled some water and made maggi in it it had burnt marks and the steel was bad quality I guess and then I kept for a replacement and that was better I guess but the light didn't work soo I returned it as I don't want to use it without light to show me if it's on or no. I live in PG and plan to use a kettle to cook for a long period of time regularly soo I prefer if I got a good quality kettle that's why instead of returning the first one I asked for replacement and did the exchange but the second one is like this too I had to order something else now
