Like that the chair is small and fits well in a small walk-in shower enclosure. Like also that it folds and is made of material that can take the water and humidity in the shower. Was easy to install. Strong enough chair to hold at least a 200 lb. person.

White version. My husband installed onto a hardwood backer board bolted into the back wall of shower enclosure. Works perfectly and very strong weight bearing wise. The seat is well made and and a good value.

The legs aren't far enough forward so they come down on the part.of my tub that is sloped. We ordered this while in the middle of a renovation and by the time we got to it to find out it didn't work we were out of the return window. Super pissed.to have paid so much and now have a completely unused chair that we can't use 😡

I weigh 280 & it holds me. Folds up nicely. I use it every day.

Difficult to install in a confined shower space. The cheapest screws I have ever dealt with, used correct bit and did nothing but round the heads. Ended using vice grips to remove. Had to purchase new stainless screws. 1 tube for the legs was half inch longer than the other. Completely not worth the money. Look elsewhere for a better product!

Works great. Easy to install. Very durable.

Came with 2 different sized legs. Idk how this happens but this will be the second chair sending back.
