here they are: 1st ingredient is sand, then white oil (mineral oil), then borax, then detergent. won't buy again.

Is this safe for non-stick baking pans with sticky oil gunk on them?

Product labeling says that it can be used on cookware. Maybe use it and then run pans through dishwasher.

Is this product good to use?

This product is great! I used it on a pot that got burned & after using this - it looks brand new! I highly recommend it!
