I am happy with this! I have it on subscribe and save every month now. I feel like I have better focus during the day and energy lasts all day! I take this in the morning and I still feel great in the evening when I get off work. Mildly upsets my stomach sometimes but I can handle that.

I didnt get anything different off of taking them. I took them for a few weeks and just didnt see a difference. I know thats not long enough

I bought these and took maybe half of the bottle before I stopped taking them. I didn’t notice any difference whatsoever. A few weeks after I stopped talking them, I began noticing capsules in my stool that were completely undigested. I am still randomly passing the undigested gel caps. My dr said as long as they were now passing and I wasn’t in any severe distress or discomfort that i should be okay. It could’ve caused a blockage. These supplements are dangerous.

Effective for energy after a sleepless night. I do not use for weight loss, as I am already thin.
