Why did you choose this product over others?: This was a random choice, the packaging, colour caught my eye, together with the description of how quickly it could be applied and the fragrance. This was used on our artificial grass due to dog urine, we havent allowed the dog onto the artificial grass previously, to avoid pet urine and faeces odour, however needs must due to recent surgery. The area requiring cleaning was of average size and had begun to smell quite potent. This was easy to apply with our watering can x 3 and after brushing/15 mins was rinsed with a hose. Very nice garden aroma in the breeze today compared to before use. Product does what it says and will use again as necessary.

This smells really nice but it,s only 1 litre and it doesn't last long !

Our back garden is all concrete and within a few weeks had started to smell like dog pee, even though I would rinse it with water as soon as our dog went to the toilet out there. So I got this, I was a little concerned the lavender smell would be too artificial or overpowering but that’s not been an issue at all. I have been so impressed with this cleaner, it does have a fresh smell but nothing overwhelming, it’s really easy to use too. Even before we got our puppy I would jet wash our garden twice a year to get rid of the grime on the concrete but this cleaner has done as good a job as the jet wash already! I would never have believed spraying this, giving it a once over with the garden broom and rinsing it off would bring up the floor so nicely but it honestly looks spotless! The real test of it had been the past few weeks when it’s been 28 degrees and there’s still been no smell and I only do it every 3 weeks 👌 Well worth the money, I will be buying it again 100%

Bought this due to it being vegan/cruelty free. The smell is really nice and does neutralise urine on patio. However, I normally get a 5L of another brand for the price of 1L of this. So the price point is on the expensive side/not as much value for money. Especially if you need to regularly clean patio for dog urine. My other gripe was we found it very hard to open. So if you struggle with any issues of grip/opening things, this isn’t the greatest product to get. Even my husband struggled.

While having some work done around the garden, a few bits of scrap wood were piled on our concrete patio. By the time the works finished and we got rid of the wood, it had sat in the rain for a few weeks, plus our dog had kindly 'marked' the pile, leaving the patio slabs smelly. Yuck. I gave the slabs several good scrubs but the horrible smell of rotting wood and dog wee still lingered! I needed something pet safe and odour neutralising, so was glad to find this as I've always liked Bugalugs products! The Amazon description states this can be used on patios but the product itself doesn't say anything about patios. Decided to give it a go anyway! I dialuted the solution in a big bucket and carefully poured it on the patio slabs. Quickly worked it in with a brush, left it for 20 minutes and then rinsed it off. The product smelled nice but I could still smell the awful stench lurking in the background. But by the next morning all nasty smells were completely gone, just a lovely mild lavender scent in the air, and the patio was looking lovely and clean! It's been a couple of weeks and the bad smell has not returned. Really happy!

I didn't in fairness read the description when it said one litre, so I was a bit disappointed with the size of the bottle initially. But I decided to try it out. We have five dogs for reference of varying size and not a massive back garden which is laid with artificial lawn. I have tried many products but none really work at getting the pee smell out. I followed the instructions and low and behold, the garden didn't smell. I dismissed this initially because it never lasts but the next day it had and the next. Every other cleaner we've had and by the next day wee smell is back in full force. We realise that with the amount of dogs we have we have to clean it at least once a week, but so nice to find something that actually works. Will buy again.
