Installation is very fast and done for my satisfsction.

The sound signature is almost high definition, sublime sony sound with great stereo dynamics.You can customise the sound after connecting to TV.Especially the decibel dB adjustment and distance adjustment after going into manual speaker settings,after disabling 360 sound and don't turn on 360 sound again but instead choose manual speaker settings then you get best sound. Choosing 360 Causes hissing and muffling..Without calibration itself if you have the components it will offer good sound.But To say the truth the A series of sony is better than all other brands but calibration can be a problem to many..Cons about the 3000.1. The most important con is this bar is highly priced ..maximum price should be 35 k any other higher price means cheating.2.Sound feild is little narrow but for the price paid we expect little more big feild. 3.components are must for the sony brand sound we are expecting for all A series sound bars.4, Even though The stereo dynamics is good it is not as versatile as the 5000..In 5000 when you do db adjustment it becomes really nice system as the old legacy name of Sony because it has more channels than 3000..My Score with all components for movies 7.1/10,for music 7.4/10. Overall 5000 may be better,more open,has more channels,more versatile but not compact..height and direction adjustment also makes sound more effective.If you love the sublime sony stereo sound you can Go for 3000.Since there are greater channels for 5000 if you can do good db adjustments ,sound will noticeably improve than 3000.Hope you found this review useful and helpful! thanks

Just received today, The front mesh part was really bent in the middle. I was WTH happened! The box was perfectly fine so it wasn’t done during the shipping. So be aware it could come in already damaged.

I am upgrading my previous Sony S100F that I bought about 4 years ago. The S100F was my first ever soundbar and is a lower tier soundbar at around 125 dollars, but has been nothing but impressive and it is still a great bar for a small room. So moving to a lower tier, high-end realm of soundbars was a little intimiadating. I had just purchased an Sony X85K Series TV and a Sony Playstation so I thought I would try an all Sony entertainment center. So far I am very impressed with this soundbar. We play a lot of games and watch plenty of horror and action movies so I was pleasantly surprised with the overall sound quality and the clarity of dialog of characters, especially in Hogwarts Legacy. There are also a bunch of features that comes with hooking up the soundbar a Sony TV that I am excited to try out when I get my TV later this week. In conclusion: Very satisfied with my purchase and reduced price.
