This is a miracle in a jar. The taste is a bit offputting, but the benefits are amazing. I feel so much better. It is especially wondful after several glasses of wine. No morning hangover.

I've always had a supplement stack for when I start feeling like I'm fighting an infection. However, I had avoided the NAC supplements as I hadn't really dove into the research behind it. Seen a lot of hype but just hadn't gotten to it as there is a lot of info out there these days. However, a retired navy seal I know has a tried and true supplement and natural nasal cleansing routine he uses that has worked throughout his global travels and one of the supplements was NAC. So naturally I had to read up on it and then decided to add it to my immunity stack as well. I will say I greatly appreciate that this is a powder to drink with water; I don't much care for taking down a ton of caps as the caps themselves are digested materials that also have to be sourced. But be warned, you WILL taste some NACs. There's the sweet taste but NAC has quite a potent smell and taste. All good to me as I regularly drink pretty strong flavors like lemon, apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. At this point my taste buds quite enjoy a challenge. If it's a natural ingredient I tend to enjoy it at any strength!

I love this, I felt amazing from the first day I started to use it. Unfortunately, it is not always available and I purchased a similar item that has such a significant difference, I can tell how much better this brand made me feel.

I like this product. It is a great product. Tastes good and mixes very well in water.

Good product but way too sweet

UPDATE: I was at the bottom of the container so I poured the rest of the powder into my water. It was probably a scoop and a half. Wow. I will be doing a scoop and a half for a while as my sleep was literally the best in the whole 2 1/2 years I have been wearing my tracker. I will include a screenshot which shows I “beat 99% of users”. Only the second time I have scored above 70 on deep sleep continuity. 1) this is the only product I found with all 3 highly recommended supplements in 1. 2) I use about 3 oz of water, stir well and drink it down quickly so it doesn’t settle. It’s fine! 3) I wear a tracker and my deep sleep continuity was pretty terrible. I had much bigger chunks on the graph after the first two nights (so far) of using this, and almost a hour extra of deep sleep (not overall sleep, which has been fine). That is very important to me. Previous graphs looked like a fine-toothed comb. If you’re here, you already know the benefits.

if you take this to help detox or any benefit, you will be disappointed. I took it for a week and felt worst than before, I got eczema and hashes due to amount of flavors of this. I will not buy it again
