Love this
This is so nice. I will say it skips a bit when you first get on but it works great. Folds up to fit under furniture. Quiet!! I love this. I use mine 45 mins every Monday -Friday . Worth the moneyGood quality .

Breaks down before the year is done.
It started having problems right away, needed to disconnect and unplug for a couple of days before it would work again, I contacted support but they offered to help me walk through and nothing happened. Never heard from them again. It hasn't even been two years and it's done working. Do not waist your money on this machine.

Great machine for jogging and running
This is a great price for quality. The running pad fits people who are atleast 6ft so you can fully extend your legs when you jog. The performance is good for speed and jogging. It does not have an incline but im also not paying $1000.00 on the machine. I think the tablet/phone holder is only sized for one without a case, but im not going to knock a rating for that

UPDATED REVIEW
UPDATE: Customer service finally contacted me through Amazon. I guess the way to communicate with customer service is through the rating system? Anyway, they gave me directions to open up the hood of the machine. I hesitated to do this originally, thinking it might invalidate any kind of warranty. Anyway, I opened up the hood, and the belt had come completely off, which makes a lot of sense now because it was making a very strange noise out of the box. The belt wasn't easy to get back on, but thankfully I'm somewhat mechanical and was able to do it. It's now working. Let's hope it stays working. I upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 stars. If I hadn't had to go through all of this, and it was working as it should, it would have been a 4 star rating.ORIGINAL HEADLINE: **DO NOT BUY**I've had this treadmill for one month, and a week ago it stopped working. I've tried everything to contact the manufacturer in an attempt to exchange it, with no luck. Phone number doesn't work. Contact form doesn't work. They DO NOT respond to email. Now I have a treadmill that I paid $500 for that is not working. It's infuriating.

Easy to use & convenient!
Great treadmill.PRO: It was easy to set up and folds slim to be stored (in upright position). Easy to use, I like that the side handles have the optional control buttons in addition to the main display. The cup holder is handy as well. I use it about 4 times a week to walk & jog. I weigh 145 lbs.CON:The treadmill says it can support up to 300 lbs but we’re not so sure about that…. My fiancé, weighs 250 lbs & used it…he was walked for about 30 mins at 2.3mph and we started to notice a burning smell!! He stopped the machine and unplugged it. We didn’t see any smoke but the motor housing area was extremely hot to touch! We let it cool down and chose not to use it for a couple days.Since then, I used it and haven’t noticed any issues. My fiancé is hesitant to try it again because he believes the maximum weight allowed is much less than 250 and he doesn’t want to break it. Not sure if it was a random issue or if it is indeed due to the weight threshold.

Solid Machine, Excellent Support
This is a solid piece of machinery. Very quiet, smooth, and stable. It is a little difficult to move because it is heavy. Shipping weight is about 100 lbs. The rollers on the front help a lot. My machine arrived with a cracked motor cover. Customer service is excellent. I sent one email and they immediately sent a replacement cover.

Great for........Walking, i suppose.
My intention was to run on this apparatus on a bi-weekly basis, augmenting by current 4days of a 7day training regiment. I am 6ft and 275lbs. I am a heavy runner who does 5k races twice a month, ARMY 10miler & at least two 1/2marathons a year. I'm not the fastest, but I do get the miles in.This treadmill is SMALLER in depth and stature. It isn't something that I can run on, nor is this a treadmill I would recommend for anyone that is not paper-thin. If you are 165lbs or more you will feel like you are damaging this item with each heel strike. But if you are just trying to "get your walk on," I highly recommend this apparatus because it is soo slight-in-stature, and can be folded, taking a small amount of space. I'm out $400 for a "walker," when I wanted a treadmill.

Broke already.
Have had it for maybe three months and the motor broke. Just stopped working. I turn it on it counts down then after five seconds I get an E-05 error and hear a click. Honestly wish I could get a refund. Either that or a new one. I’m more upset because this derails all the progress I was making losing weight. Genuinely just sad.
