I started using this and the Magnesium as recommended by two doctors. I can tell a difference in my health, so much more energetic and no more after lunch slump! 4 stars because it is not cheap.

Just what is needed ... K & D3 are essential as we age. Decades ago, my Japanese mother-in-law was taking K, and I had never heard of it. She also used other supplements and practiced other dietary habits that made no sense to me. But, over time, I learned. She's now fit and 100 years old, and I've outlived several of my younger siblings (I'm a WW2 baby, and they're all younger than me by quite a bit). As I passed into my 70s, I learned the significance of K and the importance of taking D3 with it. Now, in my 80s, I might have aches from being too sedentary, but there are people in their early 70s who believe I'm younger than they are. Is it the K? Or the K & D3? It's not the genes -- or my siblings would still be here. My mother-in-law might have good genes -- certainly not the American Eagle kind -- but I suspect the K helps. These pills are easy to swallow and reasonably priced. We'll see how I'm doing in 40 years
