For my sons dorm and he's a science major, so he thought they were cool.I thought they were pretty and there was no water pooled around the bottom of the glass. It did leave a water mark on the coaster but it did it's job for the furniture.

I have few dorai (yes if you found this coaster, we all know this brand) products - kitchen mat & bathmat. I also wanted to get their coasters but thought they are quite overpriced.Found these while searching for more reasonably priced alternative.I honestly think that these are better than dorai. They match the color or my pre-existing ones from dorai, absorbs water as fast as (i think faster) them.I love good iced coffee when I wake up & good cold beer before bed.These coasters take every single drop of the water drips and you won’t even notice that any even dripped down.No more of having to wipe coaster.

Pros: Great on absorbency, don’t stick to bottom of your cup or glass, lightweight, seem reversible, and don’t seem likely to chip or breakCons: Light gray color only, coffee drips stained, soap and water did not remove stain, and not dishwasher safe (per previous Q)Overall, we REALLY like these coasters but wish they came in a darker color so stains won’t be so noticeable. Much better than porous fiber “mat” coasters, useless pressed cardboard, or non-porous tiles. Lighter than Thirstystone. We don’t really get the “seashell-inspired” shape, but they are attractive.

I liked the coaster but for the price I was expecting a 4-pack. The picture is misleading. I should have read the details, if I did I would not have ordered for the price. I have seen the same product cheaper on another Amazon shop so shop around.
