This blueberry powder is fabulous! I purchased it to make macarons and it worked perfectly! To get the color I wanted I did need to add a little bit of blue food coloring, otherwise it’s more purple. But the flavor is outstanding! If you use this to make blueberry macaron shells, pair it with a lemon butter cream… holy Toledo! Now I need to find other ways to use this powder but I have no doubt there will be many.

Worth it! Used for flavor and color baked in cakes, cold smoothies, frozen drinks, beverages and sprinkled over frosting and whipped cream. This is an extremely versatile product with an excellent shelf life. Much better option to relying solely on syrups and jams.

I love this Acai Berry Powder. It is great in both my smoothies or in my yogurt. I love the taste :)

I skipped a star as there are no directions as to how much to use, unless I missed it. Smells good. I was using it in my pizzelles. I used 3 TBLS in my recipe. Not sure how much to use. It gave it a slight flavor. Did not want to use too much, as it is not cheap for the amount. The jar appears to have a lot in it. I think it is already sweetened, as I added sugar to my recipe and it was WAY too sweet. I will try again, without the sugar. would be nice if I knew how much I was supposed to use.

Great product! Very tasty! I use it for yogurt, smoothies, baking and in teas. Desolves easily and is slightly sweetened. Came well packed and delivery fast! Will buy again

Like the Strawberry Powder the Acai Berry Powder tastes of powder. Even tasting it on it's own I wouldn't be able to guess what the flavor is. The ingredient it lists is Acai Berry Powder of which I don't understand that. From now on I will only purchase an item that lists Acai Berries not Acai Berry Powder.
