Great pan for making crepes! I love this pan! It's light weight, yet very sturdy, which is exactly what I was looking for. Definitely would recommend! Good price, for good quality and a great pan for other food items besides crepes! Easy to handle and easy to clean!

The pan arrived with a dent on the rim of the pan the pan had a warped, feeling not level

However, during high-heat cooking sessions, I noticed the pan's base became slightly bumpy, affecting its smooth cooking surface. While the granite coating promises even heat distribution and induction compatibility, this issue with the base's texture was a drawback for consistent cooking. Despite this, the included spreader was handy for crepe preparation, and the pan remained easy to clean.
