Excellent
This is a quality pen. The space pen is always a good product. It is compact and lightweight. The creakote finish is a great feature and even adds some texture. It writes well.

Nice looking space pen!
Space pens are awesome! They are very consistent and long lasting. This one is no exception.

Great for EDC
I bought this to keep in my car for when I need a pen in the winter or the heat of the summer. Cheaper or regular pens can dry out or even bust open in bad weather so I looked into something more heavy duty and so far it has held up. The history of this pen is true, it's great value and heavy duty.

Easy to lose, so be careful with it
I replaced my ink with the 'bold' refill and I like how it writes better. that is just a personal thing. Other than that, here are a few impressions. 1. when you put the cap on the back it is a regular size pen and very comfortable. If you leave the cap off it is short and not comfortable. Don't worry about the cap scratching the body, never had it leave even a mark. 2. This is small when it is folded up - so it is really easy to lose. They sell a clip you can add to it which helps but personally I just keep it in my pants pocket with my wallet. So far have not lost it yet. The finish on the body looks really tough so I think that I could carry it in my other pocket with my keys and it would not get scratched up. 3. makes a unique and cool gift. Works upside down so it is great for me for the checkout sheets at work that are mounted to the wall and I am writing with the pen facing up.

Great pen
Carrie in my leather pocket slip with a olight flashlight, a small titanium pry bar, and a pocket knife. Will write oordinates, directions, way points, messages, field notes at any temperature and on everything I have tried writing with it Is perfect for a pocket. Doesn't poke or protrude. Low key. Weather proof and reliable. Have purchased a few as gifts for family and friends

Love these pens
These are absolutely fantastic pens if you’re looking for something small to keep in your pocket with your keys and change. When in use with the cap on the other end it’s almost the size of a normal pen. Perfect combination so I now have a few of these in different colors. My only advice is to get the pen engraved with your name so people don’t “accidentally” walk off with it.

It's a little rattly
The "refill" rattles around inside the pen in an annoying fashion. I was able to get it to stop by wrapping a single layer of invisible tape around the narrow part of the refill. For this price, this shouldn't be a problem that exists. At least the fix is easy and cheap. I'm also not sure how well the cerakote will hold up over time to posting the cap. Still likely to be more hard-wearing than bare metal. Other than that, I like the way the pen writes. I've always liked the Fisher "refills". For one thing, they never dry out, even when left in hot environments, and seldom have much problem with hard starts. The Bullet pen design is cool. It's very compact, but feels like a full sized pen when you post the cap, and the weight is nice; it feels like a solid object. That said, you basically always have to post the cap, as it's too short to write with comfortably for more than a couple of words without.

I like these pens a lot but they are expensive
I lost my last Fisher Space bullet pen and missed it so much that I had to replace it. The quality is great. They can be a bit slippery and fall out of a loose pocket! The Cerakote finish is very nice!

These have been around for decades pretty much unchanged and for good reason: they’re the ultimate pocket pen and the starting point of the best “every day carry”. The large ballpoint cartridge contains pressurised thixotropic ink which can write on most surfaces, from any direction and even under water. The pen is compact and pretty much indestructible when inserted into its cap and just the right length when reversed for writing. I’ve had one in my pocket every day for almost 50 years and only had to buy another when I lost it. I’m a little bit annoyed at the price considering the simplicity of the underlying brass construction and the fact that they haven’t changed it for so long but there’s no arguing that they got the recipe right the first time. There’s new finishes all the time if you want to be fancy but the simple chrome one is bombproof and won’t get damaged by other items in your pocket.

Well made with good material - better with clip (bought separately) if not used with jumpsuit
