Brilliant bit of kit
Should of brought this sooner, one of the best things I’ve ever brought, I fact I’m going to buy another to keep with me when I’m out and about, I recommend all cyclists to buy one of these, 10/10

Gets the job done quick!
I’d recently had to swap out my bike tyres a few times and realised I’d lost my cheap generic tyre levers. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, and the price of this nearly put me off, but I’m so glad I went ahead and bought the Tru-Tension Tyre Monkey. It’s excellent! Much quicker and easier than any tyre levers I’ve used before. One end removes the tyre safely, the other helps you re-insert it, which is a huge help when dealing with new tyres that arrive folded and want to twist in every direction. It has a built in Presta valve spanner too, which I have no use for, so can't comment. I watched Tru-Tension’s short how-to video on YouTube to get the technique right, and despite being very out of practice (it’s been about five years since my last puncture), I removed and refitted the tyre in around two minutes; excluding taking the wheel off the bike. I also appreciate that it’s made from strong plastic rather than metal, so there’s no risk of damaging the wheel, tyre, or tube. It’s compact but feels chunky and sturdy in the hand. If I lost this tool, I’d replace it without hesitation. It’s now an essential part of my daily-commute kit.

Tyre repair
Not had to use yet, but from others it's a great product for tyre removal.

Not as good as the humble teaspoon!
Bought to use on a road trip and changed tyres before we set off. Managed to remove the old 700c x 25 worn tyres easily which were replaced with schwalbe marathon plus 700x28 puncture resistant tyres which are stiff tyres to fit. The lever helped to get the new stiff tyres on. However, I damaged a valve on the inner tube so I had to replace the tube which meant taking off the new tyre. For love nor money I couldn't get this tyre lever under the bead while it was on the rim, its just too thick and the tyre had practically no flex. In short: it's a strong, very well made piece of plastic that might work great for bigger tyres/rims on mtb's etc but it's nowhere near as good or cheap as a pair Sheffield's finest teaspoons.

Best tyre lever on the market!
The tyre leaver on the market. Unlike other tyre levers you only need 1. Video instructions on YouTube are great. Remember always practice with new tools before you have to use them for real.

Not for right fitting tubeless tyres !!
Disappointed ! First use trying to remove Tubeless tyres from my Trek PowerFly and part of the lever snapped within seconds. Delivered and packaged for return in under 5 minutes. For standard tyres with inner tubes probably not a bad tool but for right fitting tubeless look elsewhere !!

Not as easy as they would have you believe
The reviews would have you believe that this tool made removing a tyre child’s play, and super easy, now if you had soft soggy worn out tyres like the one in the vide o, it would be, but if you have a new 19” extra tough mountain bike tyre, you will still struggle, and have to use a lot of force, so, better than tyre levers, but not as easy as they would have you believe.
