We bought this last time and it looked fake or it was Old, the tablets wete not dissolving, wr had to smash it with spoon and stir until it dissolve. Usually original Miele tablets are not like that!

I’ve been using these Miele Descaling Tablets with my Miele automatic coffee machine, and they’ve worked flawlessly. They effectively remove limescale and mineral buildup, helping to maintain the machine’s performance and the quality of the coffee. The tablets are easy to use - just follow the on-screen prompts, and the descaling process runs smoothly. What I appreciate most is that these are genuine Miele products, so I don’t have to worry about damaging the machine or voiding the warranty. They dissolve well, leave no residue, and don’t affect the taste of the coffee afterward. That said, they’re definitely on the expensive side, especially considering how often descaling is required if you have hard water. Still, for peace of mind and machine longevity, I think they're worth the investment - just wish they were a little more affordable.

When it comes to cleaning and protecting an expensive coffee maker like the Miele CM6, I will not even entertain the idea of using a non branded descaler. I have had the CM6 for several years now and descale/degrease it every time it prompts me to do so. I have never had an issue with the cleaning power of the tablets, and they seem to clean the apparatus effectively.

These are real Miele tablets. Worked well and would buy again.
