Easy to read . Batteries were easy to install and are included . Two cuff's also included . A USB cable included . I wish that there were some way to to plug it into a electric wall outlet . Everyone is not able to use the USB cable for a power supply . I guess for those people you continue to buy batteries . Because of this I would not buy it again or refer it to a friend .

I have only used this product for one day but it seems to work well. Easy set-up then ready to use. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to watch their blood pressure. Compact in dimension but clear and easy to read and easy to take with you if needed. Good product.

Excellent machine! It has two connection modes: via USB-C or with four AAA batteries. It includes the batteries, the USB cable, and two wraps: one small and one large. This is a huge advantage if you have large family members, as you can position it more easily and the measurement is more accurate.

The device seemed to be well built and I liked the display, but the arm cuff was horrible. It has so much velcro on it that it makes it hard for a person to apply it to themselves w/o help. I wish I could find a cuff that doesn't use velcro at all. B/c of the difficulty of fitting the cuff, even when I thought I had it on correctly I got more error messages than actual readings. I'm not sure if this is a fault of the device or the ill fitting cuff, but it would pump the pressure WAY too high (well over 200). So high I had to abort the reading a couple times. Would not recommend for someone who is using this alone.

I like this device because it makes measuring blood pressure very easy. It is easy to use and people with poor eyesight can hear the sound. The results are just right. I suffer from hypertension and this machine is the best.
