I recently purchased the WYNEX Tactical First Aid Drop Dump Pouch, and it has proven to be an invaluable addition to my tactical gear. As someone who places a high priority on being prepared for emergencies, this pouch has exceeded my expectations in both design and functionality. The first thing that impressed me was the quality of the materials. The fabric is tough and durable, capable of withstanding the rigors of outdoor activities and tactical scenarios. This makes life ALOT easier. Instead of the traditional bulky IFAK getting in the way this one tucks in nicely under the back plate area and is easily accessible from both sides. It is a touch smaller than a traditional IFAK but you can cram all essentials in here and have a few free floating TQs on your kit for easy access.

Same stitching quality, same materials and same functionality as the other guys who charge almost $100 for this. Also, this one comes with outer Velcro panel so you can add a medical patch. The inner sleeve that holds your contents is super durable and the stitching is so impressive. The outer shell is very high quality.

Good rapid-deploy med kit overall. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the advertising was a bit misleading. In reality, I was only able to fit a tourniquet, a nasopharyngeal airway, and one Israeli bandage, nothing more. There wasn’t enough room for trauma shears, chest seals, or additional supplies. I could remove the Israeli bandage to make space for chest seals and gauze, but it’s a tight fit. If the product photos or description showed a more realistic loadout, it would definitely earn 5 stars

Works just fine, just as good as other IFAK rolls. I keep it on my kit

Decent knock off but a side by side comparison shows the flaws with this and the better original. If your bawling on a budget it's not bad. I wouldn't put this into anymore use then airsoft if your liking for a kit.

Costruito bene senza problemi di cuciture o falli nel tessuto. La capienza è limitata ma ci stanno dentro cmq bendaggio israliano e arterioso, garze, laccio emostatico, mascherina usa getta per respirazione, telo termico. Io l' ho agganciato col velcro alla parte anteriore del G.A.P. in posizione comoda da raggiungere e utilizzare (non amo la buffetteria nella parte posteriore del cinturone). Il setup resta comunque comodo sia alla guida dei veicoli sia negli interventi operativi. Un po più capiente ci sarebbe stata anche una forbice da soccorritore, ma ho avviato inserendola nel cinturone. Lo ricoprerei!
