Handy, flexible measuring tape.
Tidy little tape, with the neat feature of a popper fastener. Just roll it up, fasten it with the popper and it doesn't come unravelled.

CM's Only!
When it arrived I was expecting cm's one side and inches the other, nope, only cm's on both sides. Good quality and handy press stud to keep it securely closed when not in us.

Very Nice!
Nice tape measure. Inches on one side, Cms on the other. and love the colours. Also has a popper so when you roll it up it stays put and doesn't unravel.

Inches and metric, accurate, clear marks, durable, snaps tightly to prevent unraveling
Who would have thought tape measures would be an item that actually needed reviewing? Welcome to the era of “how to make everything one hundredth of a penny cheaper.”I shopped what feels like an insane amount to find the “right” item for me (I tend to buy, for anything to be used over time, durable products from places with good manufacturing practices/more fair wages as a rule). Lo and behold, it took a while to find, but I did, ultimately, pay 3x the cost of China-made garbage to get one that should truly last until I or my cat lose it under a couch (or the fridge is her go-to for “find in half a decade” items, so I have a blockade in place to keep it clear under there)! This is 18mm (just over 11/16) wide, easier to handle than half inch versions in fabric stores and substantially more durable feeling. I don’t have to fight with it to keep it from sliding around, and it doesn’t feel like it will stretch like Singer and Dritz ones I looked at (their coatings were pretty paltry-one felt a bit rubbery, the other like cheap plastic film that would wear down fast). The markings on this are very clear, true black on yellow for inches, the metric side alternating red-white-green-white every 10 centimeters and still crisp even with bright colors underneath. The metric even have 10, 20, 30, and so on italicized. “Made in Germany” is printed across the fourth and fifth centimeter, visible when it is rolled up and snapped shut, one of its best features. Goodbye, binder clips and rubber bands and repurposed bits of yarn! The other especially nice detail for me is that this is so much easier to grip thanks to the material for the metric side being stamped with tiny rows of soft-edged diamonds that alternate (ie instead of straight vertical lines of them, they are diagonal). The inches side is slick, so you have one side that makes it easy to unravel quickly, the other easy to grip and get precise measurements with. You can’t get this level of detail in the junk made for the cheapest amounts (and I haven’t yet found a use for a set of 5 measuring tapes around my home; I’d rather have one quality item that stays in the same place-the storage compartment of my sewing machine cover- when not used, not 5 poor quality ones strewn around). If I ever do need another loose tape measure, it will be this same one so long as it is for sale and made the same way! There are a LOT of imitations of this, China-made goods that look the same but are not made the same. Some even copied the pattern of the snap… I wouldn’t trust them and, based on reviews I saw, would be really annoyed by the ink rubbing off onto my hands. I handled this one pretty aggressively and got it wet, and not a bit of ink transferred or smeared. This is the best available 60”/150cm tape measure on this site, I am rather confident having looked through hundreds and hundreds of them!

très pratique
Quand vous regardez des vidéos, parfois on parle de Inch et il faut calculer. Avec ce mètre ruban, il suffit de retourner et on a la réponse. Un coté en cm et l'autre en Inch. Très pratique

Might work well for you...or not
I bought this for metric drafting. I remember when Prym was synonymous with reliable.Snap is loose.Over 2mm short from the metal end to the 30cm mark.Hard to read the black print on the red and green backgrounds. However, the tape has a nice texture: not slippery or sticky, nice subtle diamond-shaped bumps. The print is crisp.
