Gentle, natural and vegetarian
The vitamins are very gentle on your body, completely natural and vegetarian (but not vegan) - unlike the nasty, chemical filled vitamins that you'll find on the supermarket shelves. I love that they use the raw ingredients and that the vegecap (the shell capsule) is 100% plant based. I haven't had any issues with opening and closing the packet like some other reviewers have said. It's a pretty standard, resealable bag. I like these vitamins, but have absolutely no idea if they work. I seem pretty much the same as I did when I started taking these about six months ago. Regardless, it's good to know that I'm getting most of the vitamins and minerals I need by taking them.

Excellent Value
I only buy these vitamins, all good ingredients no bulking agents which is something I always watch out for! No upset stomachs either! 5 stars!

organic and made of food
I can't absorb 'normal' multivitamins..only ones based on food. there are organic and natural and they don't make me feel sick when I take them. I know I don't have a balanced diet (allergies etc) so these are essentiaL

Low quality seal but great product.
The re close-able seal broke away from the inside of the bag the first time I opened it so the packet cannot be sealed no more. Bit disappointed with that. But great product
