Can I remove plastic handle and put the glass cone into my v60 switch or it the same size already as my v60 switch 03..?

Yes you can remove the plastic. I did just that to replace the top of my Switch 02 as I had cracked the glass

what filter size does that take?

It takes size 03 Hario filters. (These are the best ones, quite "thin" so that you can pour 1 litre in less than 2 minutes.) They also take the large Chemex filters, which are much thicker and thus give longer pour/brew times.

Are these for 2 cups? or would a 1 cup (size 1) size do?

The 02 model is intended for about 2 cups (400-600ml). Hario has a 01 model for 200-300ml and a 03 model for up to 1000ml.
