I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and inflammation is something I struggle with daily in my hands. It can be hard to quantity exactly how helpful products are as there are so many variables in the environment, but all that being said I feel like I’ve woken up with less initial stiffness in my hands in the past month I have been taking this. Houttuynia, one of the main ingredients, was a new one to me. I think it is also the culprit of my one complaint about this product - I don’t love the aftertaste/slight smell! Houttuynia Is said to have a bit of a fishy smell to it. I can’t really dock a star for this, however, as the smells/tastes of herbs are just a necessary evil of their benefits! (I remind myself about this when it comes to fish oil on a daily basis…. !) The taste is worth note though, considering that a serving size on this is 60 drops! I’ve had the best luck adding it to a tart smoothy. Anyhow, I think the Houttuynia Is very helpful. As for the Cumanda Bark, it is a less well known ingredient, I don’t know that I see it used anywhere besides this particular brand? It seems to be offering some of the immune support benefit to this product. I can’t comment specifically on if it has helped, but I will say that during this cold & flu time of a year I am open to all potentially beneficial supplements - one of the “fringe benefits” of inflammation can be an accompanying weakening of the immune system. So i like that these two ingredients have a synergy. Last, but not least, I am happy that this is a made in America product, and that there are testing protocols in place to ensure that only the ingredients intended end up in the supplement. My only note of caution - if you take many prescriptions I might check with a Dr. before adding this. I know that the Houttuynia, in particular, can be a diuretic in some people that interacts poorly with certain drug classes. Just something to keep in mind.

Not good

I am trying this for the anti inflammatory effects. I have found that a regimen of anti inflammatory herbs has greatly helped me so that I have not needed steroids in a long while. I still have issues due to allergies. There is a huge difference between being functional due to steroids and being functional due to herbals so I am thankful to have this available to try. This is supposed to aid with digestive health and as an anti inflammatory. The liquid form is much nicer to take than capsules. It is also more bio available. The taste is good. After three days of use I initially did not notice any difference in how I feel. Since I already take several anti inflammatory products I felt this may be affecting my results. I changed the time of administration so that there was no overlap. I then did notice that this product did help me and I will continue to use this on this to provide more coverage during the day. If you feel that a product like this will help you then I suggest that you educate yourself.

I don’t think this works for me, but I hope it works for someone! You won’t know until you try!

I keep a variety of herbals both liquid and tabs for maintaining health. I have ordered from this company before and was pleased with the products I received. When I saw the BRT, I decided to try this as well. This liquid contains mineral water, alcohol, and the two herbs Houttuynia Leaf and Cumanda Bark. Both are known to aid digestion and support immune and inflammatory response. Since I have immune dysfunction, I keep several options in my vitamin cabinet for continued health. The flavor is VERY alcohol and bitter. I using this for digestive health.

I have been using this product for a while and I think its ok. I really have not noticed much difference from taking it. My only thing I have noticed is going to the bathroom more than before. I am not sure if this is a from taking this though because I am also using other supplements as well. It doesn't have a bad taste though, so I will continue to take and hope for the best.

The instructions are very specific. They instruct you to take 2 drops in 4oz of water and wait 1 minute prior to drinking. Then you are to repeat every 12 hours increasing by 2 drops each time until you get to 60 drops. You need to have a way to measure out 3 ml or it will take you a long time to count to 60 each time you take it. As supplements are not FDA regulated there is no way to guarantee ingredients or absorbency.
