This was a gift for my sister. She has cancer and she really is having a difficult time. She was telling me that the last gift of a smiley face cup and balloon, my little nephew broke the cup and burst the balloon. I gave her the sloth along with a plaque to cheer her up while she was still in the hospital. She really liked it and it caused her to smile which she doesn't do a lot of these days until family is around. She got some really disheartening news from the doctors.
