I recently installed the STUDIOFINIX 6.5 Inch Outdoor Speakers on my patio, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is great, delivering crisp highs and deep, resonant bass that fills the outdoor space beautifully. Whether I’m hosting a barbecue or enjoying a quiet evening, the audio remains clear and immersive. The build quality is equally impressive. These speakers are designed to withstand the elements, and they’ve held up perfectly through rain and humidity without any degradation in performance. These are installed on an outdoor 28’ x 15’ porch powered by a 50 watt RMS per channel amp. I have them ‘flown’ in the outer corners of the porch. The combo of the 6.5” woofer and the tweeter give these speakers a very nicely balanced sound. I do enjoy them at volume, but never push them to distortion. My taste is modern/classic country, classic rock, and R & B. Their sound also improved after break-in, as the high end response got even smoother. I have a pro music background, and my similar skilled friends agree these sound great. For context, this porch doubles as my outdoor cook station, featuring a grill, range with oven, and a pellet smoker. Located in north central Florida, we spend a lot of time outside, and I cook exclusively there at least 9 months of the year, with the exception of cold days when I want to keep heat in the house. These speakers cover the porch, and have enough punch to also cover a good portion of the yard that the porch faces. I use them a lot. Overall just very good sound; balanced, crisp and warm. I have used some 4” and 5-1/4’ woofer speakers previously, but they just didn’t have the coverage I wanted. These covered what was missing. I do have a separate powered subwoofer crossed over at 130 hz, so the speakers are really running in their sweet spot. They are mostly protected from direct rain, but do get wet when the wild storms come through. I did use banana plugs on the wiring so I can easily unplug and remove the speakers if the ‘big one’ hurricane roars in. So far, they have survived some wild and windy T-storms with no degradation. Given that, let me state, these are not $2k+ studio monitors! But, they are working in a much different environment, and for the price? A great value. Would, and will buy again.

These are great Speakers and I highly recommend them... Very reliable and rugged... I would recommend these speakers as they are Heavy Duty and will work inside or out. I have 6 if these and use them for Ceiling and Wall Mounts for part of my 11.2 Surround System... And WOW.. they really hold there own against 2 powered subs and 2 Main Speaker Cabinets that contain 15" Subwoofers.

Sound is pretty good for a small patio or deck area. I’m running about 80 watts through them and I can guarantee you they will not take more than 100 watts or so and still sound clean. Why they’re listed at 400 watts is strange. For the price they really are good but if you’re looking to get very loud, these aren’t the speakers for you. You get exactly what you pay for with these - decent sound quality and build.

Speakers sound really good and are loud to project around our backyard. However, grills got totally rusted and it’s impossible to clean them. A shame because they do not look good.

Was will man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten? Das Kunststoffgehäuse wirkt etwas billig, ok, aber sie sollen ja wetterfest sein. Der Klang ist schwer in Ordnung, natürlich kein High-End, aber für den Preis hatte ich schwache oder wummernde Bässe erwartet und wurde vom knackigen Sound überrascht. Sogar Lautsprecherkabel lagen bei. Outdoorfestigkeit habe ich noch nicht probiert.

For passive speakers in a plastic box, perhaps they are bit pricy but passive speakers plus a small amp gives more functionality and ease of replacement if say a speaker or amp fails on its own vs active systems where if one component fails, you've lost the other. I paired with B0FGJQY3W3 as the amp which can be pushed to full volume without distorting these speakers, and can take another pair if I add them later. I also added a B0F18PN651 IR blaster so the amp can be controlled by a simple app on my phone for selecting the source and integrated into a home assistant dashboard for the whole terrace area these will be installed on. With that amp pairing the sound is very clean and perhaps a bit clinical but nothing is missing. There is about enough bass without being boomy. Speech frequencies come through very clearly, so lyrics can be heard, and this will work well for football commentary sound reinforcement which is one of the applications these will be used for on a roof terrace when not playing background music. For an outdoor speaker system in the upper end of the low end, which is where I'd put these, I think these plus a separate amp are the sweet spot for getting outdoor sound that doesn't break the bank but is not underpowered. Smaller and larger sizes are available. 8" would start to look too big. These don't look discrete but they don't look too big either. They look like about the right size.
