Great value for money.

Good quality product and filters the water as expected so no complaints. Only suggestion is better packaging as some of the salts come cracked and worry that they can break. Otherwise all good.

The product is standard and have been using. The order was delivered to the wrong address but the company were very good with resolving the issue effectively.

I've been using these block salts for my water softener for two years. The salt itself works well, but the blocks have inconsistent structural integrity. I've increasingly received units that are already cracked or partially broken, which makes them harder to handle and load. A more robust product would solve the issue.
