Does exactly what it claims to do! You get a tingly, stinging sensation at first when you apply it, which I don't mind because it only lasts for a few seconds, and its worth the tingle given the fact your lipstick/lip liner will stay on all day long! I've been using lipcote for so long now and I dont think I would ever change to another brand. I was a little cautions at first when I first purchased this product, just because I didn't think it would work. I'd had lipsticks in the past that claim to last 12 and 24 hours and they peel away towards the inner part of your lips through drinking, eating ect ect. With lipcoate there is no peeling and it really does keep your lipstick on all day long. I use this every morning and my days are 12 hours long, my lipstick is still in tact after such time. if your thinking about getting this or comparing it to another product, my advice is to go ahead and buy it! Its an absolute must!

Brilliant product, have used for years definitely makes your lipstick last longer

I have used this product for about 30 years. It still holds the lipstick in place, but I have experienced a little "bleeding" of the lipstick into the surrounding skin - this may be due to the fact that I now have wrinkles which I didn't have 30 yeaars ago! My only issue is that the advert is a bit misleading stating "1 pack" along side a picture of 3 bottles when the price is for one bottle only, but the price is comparable to other sellers whose adverts show only one bottle in their picture.

I can remember using this decades ago and probably stopped when lipsticks started promising to stay on for hours. Recently I've noticed lipstick on my teeth - I am not a vain woman but this is not a good look! I did an online search and found that Lipcote was still on sale. It works. I put on my lipstick then went to an evening out with lots of wine and, at the end, I still had some lipstick on. Normally it can disappear in the time it takes me to walk to an event! It tingles when you first apply it but is otherwise problem free. I will buy it continually from now on.

Other people seem to find that it's brilliant. I think it's fair. It certainly doesn't keep my lipstick on all day.

amazing to keep the lipstick on all night

I was extremely excited to try this product as a 'lipstick all over the face' kind gal. "what could go wrong?" I thought. well, as it turns out, close to everything. This product did NOT help keep my lipstick in place at all. It would make my glossy lipsticks matte and my matte lipsticks even dryer. I followed the instructions, only because I'm not the smartest and 90% of things i do are incorrect! I put even coats of lipstick on I even made sure there was no excess anywhere (I didn't really fancy making public appearances with purple or black teeth!) however, it still ended up EVERYWHERE! I took a sip from a bottle of water and the amount of residue of it was unbelievable! It literally stung to put this lipcoat on. I know, its £3 you can't expect much but, sometimes, big things come in small packages. This was not one of those things.

My lip stick stays for whole day and it does not crease even . Only drawback is some time it feels over dry

This stuff works so well, I applied it over lipstick and lip liner and it help up even after eating barbecue and salad with oily dressing. not a smudge of lipstick on my glass either and to remove it i needed a soapy washcloth, all told it held out for about 12 hours and my lipstick stayed put and vibrant, didnt have to reapply or adjust at all. very good product

Wenn man es aufträgt, kribbelt es circa 5-10 Sekunden. Ja, es riecht ein wenig. Oh, mein Gott ist nicht schlimm, man darf nicht immer nur negativ über ein günstiges Produkt schreiben . Ich mache es immer über meinen Lippleiner und es hält super mehr kann man nicht verlangen.
