Yoshidas Gourmet Sauce 1360g Bottle, Brown

I've been using Yoshida's Gourmet sauce for over 15 years. I used to buy it at Costco but I quit years ago and would occasionally get friends to buy a bottle for us. I was really glad to see it for sale on Amazon. It's a sweet sauce with elements of teriyaki, light and dark soy sauce but much more intense in flavour. We usually use it with skinless pork belly or thick pork ribs. Put a good amount of pot into a pot, douse it liberally with Yoshida sauce and a bit of water. Black pepper. Let it cook and reduce the sauce till you get a thick gooey consistency. At this stage be careful to not let the sauce burn. You'll have the loveliest and tastiest pork belly/ribs you can imagine. Also great for chicken(add garlic!). Anyway, I'm getting hungry writing this review. Enjoy!

Great taste. But expensive!

Love this sauce. Use it to marinade all sorts of meats etc . Large bottle so lasts a while as you don’t need alot !! It’s worth a try !!

Have used this product for a few years. Wonderful flavour and if you use enough when marinating makes a fine "sauce" for rice accompaniment.

It’s not a typical teriyaki sauce. Great marinade for a BBQ or a marinade for pork to add to a ramen bowl. Something different! We even add to chow mein from our local takeaway!
