If you have any reservations about trying sous vide - this is a perfect way to get into it! I’ve used this now for the past few days recreating Starbucks sous vide egg bites and it’s very easy and reliable. I compared the set temperatures with my Thermopen and the unit is within +\- 1 degree. Ordered 2 more as gifts. Overall happy so far!

Bought 2, both of the impeller screws were loose. One of them the plastic impeller outlet was not tight and would fall off. The other stopped working and only beeped as the temp varied wildly. I cannibalised the good parts from one and returned the other unit. works fine otherwise....

Really easy to use so far, very simple controls and clear instructions. I’ve made chicken breast and ribeye steak. I’m looking forwards to make more dishes with this product. So far, I Highly recommend this sous vide machine.

Would give this 4 out of 5 but the clamp wasn't assembled correctly. Had to take it apart and put it back together.
