Have a helper to carry it to wherever you are assembling it and for at least the first half of the assembly. The assembly instructions are OK, not great - some minor head scratching in a few steps. Also, if you plan on using the included little screwdriver, plan on four hours assembly and a sore hand/wrist. Lots of screws. I have a power driver, which made the job tolerable. Note that 75-80% of the screws you will need to install are very close to an edge, so a bit extension is almost mandatory to give you an "angle of attack" that is reasonably straight on the screw heads. With those caveats about assembly having been said, this cabinet seems of good quality. The size is right. IT's sturdy enough, with reinforcement ribbing on the shelves. All in all, I feel like this was a good value/fit for the task.

This steel storage cabinet is exactly what I needed for keeping my 'treasure box' items secure in my classroom. The metal is strong and durable, and once assembled, the cabinet feels very sturdy. The adjustable shelves make it easy to fit different-sized items, and the lock works well for added security. The only drawback was the assembly process. It wasn’t overly complicated, but it did take some time and patience since there are quite a few pieces to line up. The instruction sheet only included pictures, I had to really study some of them to understand what and where I was to connect pieces together. Once it was finished, though, the end result was worth it. Overall, a reliable and secure cabinet that offers great storage — just be prepared to spend a little extra time putting it together.

I went into this with low expectations, after all, this is a very budget option for a cabinet this size. However, low expectations weren't low enough. Holes did line up when everything was properly assembled. The issue lies with the material thickness. This is thinner than a metal sign you buy at a craft store. Flimsy is definitely what I would use to describe this, only because of the thinner material AND a lack of fasteners. Using 4 thin screws screwed into the thin material over the height of the cabinet is not going to make it strong. Definitely some cost cutting here which could've been easily remedied at the factory. In my honest opinion, buy one that's better made if you're going to subject this to any heavier use. I think it will be overwhelmed in my garage.

Worked perfect for storage of tools and supplies in my basement. Easy to assemble.

We have a lot of sporting goods and these items tend to get thrown into totes and piled up during the seasons. Having storage has been a priority for a long time. The price point was a draw, but we were leery about the sturdiness of the cabinets. We ended up ordering two of them. The packing is very good. No flimsy paper ends to protect the corners, but steel! We may be able to reuse them in another project. The pieces and instructions are pretty clear. There are 2 screws that go on the bottom shelf to the back two pieces (B & C). Lay down the unit to access this area from underneath. That part of the instructions is not very clear. The top, part H, is a struggle. Put on one side then struggle to get to the other. It does fit, I promise. We had a little bend in the underside that was a hindrance, but straightened up a little to get it to fit. The adjustable shelves are nice. We will be able to arrange things better as we wind down on our sports for winter. I am considering buying some more. The height and length are perfect for our area.

I bought this Metal Storage Cabinet in 2023, and liked it so much that I bought another one this year. It's perfect for parent's bedroom – super spacious and sturdy. The only tricky part was putting together the locking part and doors because the instructions were a bit unclear. But I found a helpful YouTube video that made it easier. Overall, I’m really happy with it!
